Taishi Okamura (Nihongo: 岡村 大師, Okamura Daishi) was the leader of the San Francisco chapter of the Yakuza. When his treacherous dealings with the Nazis are discovered, he and his subordinates are promptly executed by Kido and his colleagues.

Okamura is a brutally efficient crime lord who acts without pity or remorse. Though full-blooded Japanese, he has no qualms with making dealings that subvert the Japanese Empire . This frequently puts him at odds with the Kempeitai, Inspector Kido in particular.
