Noriyuke Tagomi is the son of Nobusuke Tagomi and Michiko Tagomi.

In the series' main timeline, Noriyuke was killed when he was fighting against the Allies, during World War II. His mother, Michiko, had also died in the war as well. In an alternate world, however, where Japan was defeated by the Allied Powers, Noriaki and Michiko are still alive.

In an alternate world, where the allies won World War II, he is now a Japanese-American citizen, protesting the Cuban Missile Crisis. He is the husband of the alternate Juliana Crain, and also has a son with her.
