Lucy Collins was the wife of the Minister of Information, Henry Collins. She is friends with Helen Smith and also becomes friends with Juliana Crain, who is using the alias Julia Mills.

Biography
Background
Not much is know about Lucy Collins from before the series. What is shown is that she lives in New York City, and is fully acceptive of the Nazi Government and is shown to be particularly racist against the Semites living in Nazi America.
Season Two
At the beginning of the season, we get introduced more in depth about Lucy. We know that she is a part of Helen Smith's group of friends. She is married to Henry Collins, a highly influencial person of Nazi America, whom works in the propaganda department and reports directly to Josef Goebbles, according to Lucy. As her husband, she shows a particularly large hate for Semitic people and others considered inferior to the Aryan Race. Later, she reveals to Juliana Crain that she may have a defect: she is unable to bear children. She states that her husband is at time dissapointed in her and sees her in a different way than before. She claims that she is afraid to take the test as in the eyes of the Nazis, it is considered a defect for a women to not be able to bear children, as motherhood is everything for a women in the Reich.

Notes & Trivia
- She may be a defect, according to the Nazi Regime. She states that she was unable to bear children as she tried many times with her husband. It is currently not known if it is a fact or just out of luck.
- Her husband reports to the Head of Propaganda, Josef Goebbles.
- She is very sympathetic to Juliana, unlike the others in Helen's group.
