Bell Mallory is the leader of the Black Communist Rebellion.

Background[]
Mallory was sterilized without her knowledge on her 13th birthday in a concentration camp in Moulton, Alabama. A few days later, she escaped the camp along with several other prisoners to Oakland. On the way, her health began to decline due to the sterilization operation, and was admitted to an underground hospital run by the Black Communist Rebellion in the Neutral Zone. She eventually joined the movement after her recovery, and became a member of the San Francisco cell.
